Well I'm new to the hobby got it for my little boy as a cristhmas present some time very hard to start ruins very fast and sound cool but our fun did not last the lower arm broke off the design very poor in there there is a hole in there and is obvious will break from there so now trying to get all the plastic parts in aluminum lets see how things will work like every body said for the price this is a good entry level rc car but needs I be strong in all those parts
Being said it's a really cool toy, this toy turned out to be surprisingly reliable and durable, and its heavy for its size, multipoint wishbone like independent suspension, plastic parts are durable, battery operation and charging is an extremely import part of the use of this RC car should be charged carefully and given recommended charging time on first use
He wanted a remote control car but he's very rough and tumble and we knew he'd break the traditional ones as they are more delicate, these ones dont have quite as much control as far as turning goes because they only turn on their own when they go backwards, even my older kids who can drive the more complex RC cars love these and have fun with them
We brought it to our local RC shop to upgrade the battery and they told us that the battery is mislabeled and the charger is not the right charger to charge the battery which can lead to being extremely dangerous, hOSIM said they could send a new battery but instead I returned the RC car
Smaller size allows this car to go places my son's other RC cars can't and do doughnuts which he loves, the cover over the batteries in the car was difficult to get off, but otherwise good car
